Welcome to Act II: The Next 50 Years of Grandstreet Theatre

For nearly five decades, Grandstreet Theatre has been a place where our community gathers to create, learn, celebrate, and experience the transformative power of live theatre. From unforgettable productions to impactful educational programs, Grandstreet has remained committed to enriching the cultural life of our region and making the arts accessible to all.

As we look ahead to our next season, we are excited to put several long-term goals into action through our Act II Campaign — investments that will strengthen both our historic building and the work happening inside it every day.

Thanks to the incredible partnership and generosity of Slate Architecture and Morrison  Mariele, we are moving forward with several important facility improvements, including:

• New lighting trusses
• A renovated box office lobby
• HVAC Update: Phase II

These updates are about more than infrastructure; they are about better serving our community, supporting artists and audiences, and ensuring Grandstreet continues to thrive for generations to come.

The Act II Campaign is an investment in the future of Grandstreet’s building and its mission: continuing to bring top-notch productions, exceptional classes, and meaningful community engagement to Helena and beyond.
