Directions

Grandstreet is located at 325 N. Park Ave in Helena, Montana.

When driving from East on US-12 (from Missoula) turn right on Benton Avenue. When you reach the stop light at Benton and Neill,  continue straight and Benton will become Park Avenue. Grandstreet will be located on the left side of the intersection Park and Lawerence.

When driving South on I-15 (from Great Falls) take exit 193 onto Cedar Street and turn right onto Cedar Street toward City Center, Carroll College. In 1.5 miles turn right onto West Lyndale Avenue, and in less than a mile turn left onto Benton Avenue. When you reach the stop light at Benton and Neill,  continue straight and Benton will become Park Avenue. Grandstreet will be located on the left side of the intersection Park and Lawerence.

When driving North on I-15 (from Butte) take exit 192 onto US-12 toward Capitol Area and turn left onto Prospect Avenue North. Continue for 1 mile and turn left onto Montana Avenue and then take a right onto 11th Avenue. A half a mile later take a left onto N. Warren Street, then a right on E. Lawerence Street, and continue to the intersection of Lawerence and Park and Grandstreet will be on your left.

When driving in from US-287 (from Townsend or Three Forks) continue into Helena and US-287 will also be called Prospect Avenue. Turn left onto Montana Avenue and then take a right onto 11th Avenue. A half a mile later take a left onto N. Warren Street, then a right on E. Lawerence Street, and continue to the intersection of Lawerence and Park and Grandstreet will be on your left.

Nearest Airport: Helena Regional Airport, 2850 Mercer Loop

Monday through Friday, 12pm-5pm

Box Office/Will Call window opens 30 minutes prior to the beginning of the show.

Parking

Parking lots are located on Lawrence Street, as well as street parking on both Lawrence and Park. Please be mindful of meters and private parking signs. Your cooperation in respecting parking regulations will help maintain ensure convenient access for everyone attending the performance. Thank you for your understanding and support in making each visit to the theatre a seamless and delightful occasion.

Handicap Parking is available on Park Ave just outside the front steps.

  • Accessible Doors located to the right of the main entrance with a remote access doorbell.
  • Large Print Programs available upon request.
  • Assisted Listening Devices are available for every performance at the Box Office.
  • Accessible lift is available – please contact the House Manager for assistance during a performance.
  • Wheelchair Seating removable seats for wheelchair and companion seating is available at the back of the main floor with an additional section on the right side of the front row. The wheelchair sections are available online during the ticket selection process. Please indicate in the ticket notes or contact the box office at 447-1574 if you will be visiting the theatre in a wheelchair.
  • ASL Interpretation is available for all mainstage shows on the second Saturday evening performance of the run. To book tickets for an ASL Interpreted performance in the reserved section, please email or call the box office.

Theatre Newcomers

First time to Grandstreet Theatre? Here are a few things to know about attending our productions.

  • Seating begins 30 minutes before the beginning of the show. If you arrive a bit earlier you’re welcome to wait in our upper lobby or on the steps outside.
  • Bathrooms and Concessions are located downstairs. Whether before the show or during intermission visit the downstairs for a drink, popcorn, or other treats. The men’s restroom is at the bottom of the stairs and women’s is to your right after descending the stairs. You are welcome to use the restroom that best aligns with your gender identity or expression. If you need to use the lift or if you need assistance getting to the lower level, please see a member of our Front of House team.
  • Reusable Cups. Your first drink purchase will come in a Grandstreet Theatre reuseable cup. Bring that cup back with you on your next visit and get a discount on your drink!
