The Secret Garden Usher Volunteers
Step into the story and be part of the magic by volunteering as an usher for Grandstreet Theatre’s upcoming production of The Secret Garden. Ushers play a vital role in creating a warm, welcoming experience for every patron, reporting to the Audience Services Coordinator, arriving one hour before showtime, and staying about 30 minutes after the performance concludes. It’s a meaningful way to support the arts in our community, meet new people, and experience the excitement behind the scenes. We are always looking for eager volunteers to help us construct and paint the scenery that brings the world of each show to life. No prior experience is necessary – just a willingness to learn and a passion for bringing imagination to reality. Join our team of set builders today and be part of the behind-the-scenes magic that makes theatre come alive! From constructing intricate backdrops to adding those final touches that make the scenes pop, every hand plays a crucial role in creating magic for our audiences. This team is supervised by Grandstreet’s Technical Director and volunteer roles may be at our scenic shop or at the theatre.
