Grandstreet Theatre is turning 50, and we’re throwing a party to celebrate you—our incredible community who has helped make half a century of theatre magic possible. Join us for the Grandstreet 50th Block Party on Saturday, August 16, from 5:00 to 9:00 PM in the City-County Building Parking Lot, directly across the street from the theatre.

This free, family-friendly event will be packed with fun for all ages! Enjoy an evening of live music from Helena’s own Goldy Vox, delicious bites from local food trucks, interactive games, a photo booth to capture your memories, and the debut of limited-edition Grandstreet merchandise celebrating our 50-year journey.

Since its founding in 1975, Grandstreet Theatre has been a cornerstone of Helena’s cultural life, nurturing artists, entertaining generations, and building a home where creativity thrives. The 50th Block Party is more than a celebration—it’s a thank you to the countless volunteers, artists, patrons, and supporters who have shaped Grandstreet’s legacy.
