This class is open to High Schoolers entering grades 9th-12th. Students will spend 7 weeks studying musical theatre dance and 7 weeks exploring acting techniques, reading and discussing the work of a contemporary playwright, and working on audition material. Session 3: 9th and 10th graders will write and perform an original sketch comedy piece for the theatre school end-of-year celebration, The Event.
