Guest Artist Application 2012/13

Applicants,

Grandstreet Theatre just announced our 2012-2013 Season, and I’d like to reach out to potential directors, choreographers, musical directors, stage managers & designers.  If you, or someone you know, is interested, please fill out the application and return it to me by June 1st, 2012.

While we can’t afford to bring in many guest artists from out-of-town, I’d love to bring in some outside ideas, varied creative styles and put the right teams together.

For those applying from out-of-town, we are a non-profit community theatre in the capitol city of Montana: HELENA!  You would be working with community members and  volunteers.  If you’re looking to expand your resume, gain experience, fine-tune your craft, Grandstreet is the place.  It’s the type of job where you’d stay with someone in the community or with me or my staff.  If you’re looking to make a ton of money, I would not apply.  But we do like to have fun – and the local breweries are very popular!  Consider the opportunity as more of a working vacation – and the mountains are beautiful out here!   I never felt more refreshed from the big city than when I would hike up Mt. Helena.

Grandstreet Theatre had a very successful season this year, and I’d like to keep the quality top-notch.  I am seeking applicants for the 5 Main Stage Shows in our 200-seat theatre. The application lists the dates you would need to be available for each show.

Thank you for your interest in Grandstreet Theatre and hope we can collaborate in the near future.

Sincerely,
Adam Wagner, Artistic Director
